What customer service!!
What customer service!!! After filling out a page of information they finally gave me an 800 number. Then after multiple prompts they told me to fill out the form again. So a constantly revolving blockade. Their CPAPs quit reporting when the old 3G networks have been dropped and they refuse to replace the SD cards to allow the machines to communicate. So one of the best features is gone and they are stonewalling their customers.
