Product (Resmed Airsense 10 Elite) performance is excellent, but durability is poor. Fan motor became very noise after only 30 months of use.
Device was purchased from official distributor abroad and I relocated to the UK 18 months ago. When I approached the Resmed UK for help with the faulty device, I was fobbed me off being informed "we are unable to inspect a device purchased outside the UK"
After I provided proof that the device was purchased from an authorised reseller I was informed the manufacturers warranty period for the device has expired. I was offered "as a gesture of goodwill", Resmed UK would "arrange an out-of-warranty inspection" at a cost of £75.
Resmed UK Tech support took a full 2 weeks to provide a final "offer" - a CPAP device is an essential part of chronic treatment for OSA and snoring.
Surely an international "premium" brand (based on on the premium pricing of the device) should provide better customer service. I plan to take my custom elsewhere.

I was unimpressed with Resmeds web site. I found the Checkout process made inaccurate statements that had me doubting what I had done. Now I was anxious.
So I wrote this to Resmed Support:
Hello
You have a web site that's confusing!
Final Review page: "the item includes vat". ...tick the box if.....
What? The item doesn't include vat!
Now I'm wondering if i made a mistake. Did I tick the box?
But there's a Greyed out tick vs the Bold statement above...humm...
If I ticked the box, don't tell me the item includes vat!
Payment page: "Delivery will be in 3-5 days"
What? But I paid for Express delivery. Thats 1-2 days!
Confused. Apparently you're sending my order by Standard delivery
Summary: Your site told me two things that weren't true. That's confusing.
And no, I dont accept that changing the site to accurately reflect my order would be too complicated.
My buying experience has been diminished, and I'm anxious that a) I paid vat, and b) Delivery won't be Express.
You have to eliminate contradictory statements.

ResMed Canada Fails Its Customers in Canada
It seems that ResMed’s customer service relies on both human representatives and AI bots, but the experience is frustrating and unproductive.
I’m dealing with a situation where my DME (Home Medical Provider) for my CPAP machine has gone out of business, and I require warranty support. When I contacted ResMed’s customer service, I spoke with “Scott” at 1-800-424-0737. His demeanor was aggressive, unhelpful, and dismissive. He repeatedly stated that he “did not know” how to resolve the issue and outright refused to escalate my request when I asked.
In Canada, ResMed’s system relies heavily on DMEs or Home Care Providers, and the majority refuse to assist unless you originally purchased the machine from them. If you move, or your provider closes down, you’re essentially left without options. This forces customers into buying a new machine, regardless of need.
DMEs are now a dime a dozen, with prices on machines varying significantly. ResMed worsens the situation by requiring customers to go back to their original DME for any support while providing no direct help of their own.
In my opinion, ResMed Canada operates without ethics. Their refusal to assist customers directly, combined with unmotivated, gangsta style, and unprofessional customer service representatives, highlights their lack of accountability. ResMed seems to prioritize profit over customer care, leaving consumers stranded in situations they didn’t create.

What went wrong is resmeds support is nonexistent. You can't get through to a person and if you get lucky , the person is either not trained to help or just does care. Stay away from Resmed products.
Resmed App..
Resmed App... I found that it takes in most cases 20 to 60 minutes to see actual sleep time data when using the App. For me, it's not a problem. It's a problem Resmed IT teams need to concentrate on.

Tbh i havent come across terrible customer service from Resmed, although the NHS contact number for Resmed isnt great in terms of CS. Their products tend to be decent quality and work well, eventhough they are very expensive. Theyre always out of sgock, especially if your an NHS patient. But i have one major problem with one of their products.
I have the Air Fit F20 Full Face Mask and the Climate Line Air, and the connection between both is terribly designed (it disconnects almost every night). The mask has a smooth short solid tube, and the tube has a loose rubber tube. Whoever came up with that design needs to be fired man. After all that money spent i wouldve expected something with a lot better and functional design (it makes all the rest of the money ive spent a waste). If i could post a picture of the connection i wouldve.

My machine is great but customer service rivals cable companies.
First, supplier says contact ResMed for supplies. ResMed says to call supplier. supplier says call Resmed. Double dolts! On a $6000 machine.
Then the app dropped my password, which should never have happened. My usual words didn't work. Their reset didn't work initially. I tried calling and fortunately saw a screen with ResMed special rules for its passwords so recreated my password.
Which was great since ResMed will not allow telephone access for consumers! I wouldn't have had any information for my doctors visit today.
So, ResMed is a horrid company which maximizes its profits by providing NO APPRECIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is a review of the on line Res Med Service not the company in general. I bought my Air Mini there on July 1st and I am happy with the machine. I went to the web site to buy Humid X Cartridges and found a Rx is required. I called to see if the RX they had on file covered the purchase of supplies. They were too busy to answer but the message said they would call me back. They never called back all day. I received an email telling me to call back. This did not work for me.

This is about Resmed in the UK, I bought 2 cushions for my mirage quattro and one just would not seal and constantly leaked. I spoke to Suzy at Resmed customer services who sent me an email with a link for a returns form, long story short got a replacement in under a week, no fuss, Suzy was very nice and very helpfull, thanks to all at Resmed UK

So a constantly revolving blockade. Their CPAPs quit reporting when the old 3G networks have been dropped and they refuse to replace the SD cards to allow the machines to communicate. So one of the best features is gone and they are stonewalling their customers.

Unbelievable how rude most of their customer support people are. The salesperson was absolutely great, but I had to battle to find out information about getting a refund when the product didn't work for me, and the person I dealt with was defensive and angry-sounding and rattled off a string of numbers for me to report to my bank. This has been a nightmare getting hold of a human being to even address the one issue I had with the device. I am at my wit's end with these bozos.

Very efficient company.
The products are great, but what really astounds me with this company is how efficient everything runs. From a.local.call centre that knows who's calling when they pick up the phone, through to super efficient and quick dispatch and pain free ordering. Their processes and efficiency is what other company should strive for. Their staff are super helpful and have an answer to every question.

The Swedish customer service is really bad and arrogant.
They are not customer orientated and wery sneaky. I have talked to different staff and they don't want to find different solutions for an existing problem.
They just refers to their policy and that's it!
Email service is slowly and you will not get an answer about your questions. They act like robots and just refer to the websites so dont bother contact them by email.
By phone? When called them and presented my problem and asked them about solutions they hang up.
Sadly I need some of their products for my apnea Cpap health and if there where another option I would choose It straight away. Sadly here in Sweden. When you are a patient in the Sweden health system you are obligated to use their products that cost you plenty.
A BIG WARNING to order on their online platforms. At least their Swedish one :-(
