My machine is great but customer service rivals cable companies.
First, supplier says contact ResMed for supplies. ResMed says to call supplier. supplier says call Resmed. Double dolts! On a $6000 machine.
Then the app dropped my password, which should never have happened. My usual words didn't work. Their reset didn't work initially. I tried calling and fortunately saw a screen with ResMed special rules for its passwords so recreated my password.
Which was great since ResMed will not allow telephone access for consumers! I wouldn't have had any information for my doctors visit today.
So, ResMed is a horrid company which maximizes its profits by providing NO APPRECIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
