Fast delivery. Bad product. Slow and bad support.
Ordered an Apple Earpods (wired version).
Delivery was fast. and the good points end here.
The product was faulty and I think it wasn't even original. some details were different from an original one that I already have.
so I applied for the return in their website. after a couple of days of not having any response, I had to email them. and after a week again no answer. then I emailed again.
they finally answered ,and I returned the product to them.
they quickly refunded the product cost. but didn't pay me for the return postal cost. and didn't mention it at all.
it wasn't that much, but still, it was for a faulty product that wasted my time around 10 days.
I guess if you get lucky and you receive an original and healthy product, you'll be fine. :)
