I had not read the terms properly and so i was playing for their unused service. When i realised this i contacted club tan and told them about my problem. Although i was not able to get reimbursed for past payments, the customer service was understanding and was able to help me above and beyond what could be expected. Also, whenever an issues occurred in the center the customer service was able to help above and beyond expectation.
The single issue I have with Club tan is that they do not have a toilet in my local tan saloon.
