I bought washing machine 4 months before. After sending message through WhatsApp BCC sent someone to repair but it didn't work again and again somebody came for 2nd time and again it didn't work. After when I told them it's new washing machine so can I get another new one replaced but they denied completely to give any sort of compensation or refund. They are again wanting to make appointment to make it After nearly 2 weeks. So I am without washing machine for a month now. And that's new washing machine with warranty. So disappointed that I have to frequently take off from work. I am working person. And its the third time I will have to take off. These off days will cost me more than washing machine.
