I expected better from BCC

I expected better from BCC. Warranty service was slow and confusing, and communication was poor. I also had delivery delays on another order, with customer support giving unclear answers. The products may be fine, but the service side really needs improvement. Much better experiences elsewhere.

I went to BCC Gelderlandplein

I went to BCC Gelderlandplein, not in Schiphol. I asked for an adaptor to plug into a socket and as output two USB-C. The clerk hands me an adaptor, but the two outputs on the image on the box didn't seem to me they were USB-C. I hand it back to him asking about the image and expressing my doubts. Fast and carelessly he hands it to me (there were no other customers) confirming it was USB-C. Exiting the door I open the box straight away and I see that the adaptor didn't have USB-C. I go back after a minute confronting the clerk and remembering him how I had doubts and asked it twice. I am offered a plug with a single output USB-C (now you know it?) but it's the last thing i need, I have a lot, it's the sockets that are not enough. I don't need to buy a TV. I am opposed that for the house rules the merchandise cannot be refunded once opened. My dear BCC, the internal rules in this case have nothing to do with it: you made a mistake, I asked twice, you don't even check? You made it and you should pay for it. It'scalled decency. I feel cheated. I also live a few hudred meters from the place, I will talk about your shop. Shame on you.

They refuse warranty

Don't go to that school bronx community…

Don't go to that school bronx community college the cuny , they charge you thousands of dollars in ESL classes, classes without credit and you never finish,they do not let Hispanics progress, I had to look for classes with credit at another school and after I did it, they didn't accept my credits. I went to other College and I did The two English that I lacked and they don't want to give me the diploma, don't go there, don't waste your time and your money, look at the percentage of graduations in this school, it's very low. Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I ordered a shaver and the product page showed me that I can return in 30 days with no restrictions. When I decided to return, the customer service said that hygienic products cannot be returned (if opened) and that there was a page on their web-site somewhere that explained that condition. The problem is that such conditions must be shown to the customer in the first place and must not be hidden. In other words, the public offer which I accepted contained one return condition, but they "judge" by the other return condition, which is unknown to the buyer. It does not look legal and correct to me.

If the product is used/ package opened and then returned, what can we do with the product? It can only be thrown away. It would not by hygienic to sell it again or for someone else to use it. Perhaps you would be okay with receiving a used shaver, however most people would not be.

A return-period is not the same as a use-period. A product can be returned within 30 days as long as it is in mint condition, or for hygienic products, an unopened package. You may find this information on our return-policy page.

^Bram incompetence and verbal abuse via WhatsApp.

There's a verbally abusive individual who goes by the nickname ^Bram, who failed to provide the date for my already delayed order to arrive, stating that it was out of stock when I ordered it; I wouldn't order if I knew that before hand and on the website it's not even possible to order something out of stock. This is a part of the insults received: 'We can't snap our fingers and have the device ready for you'. He made up a story about "expected date and out of stock" being the same thing but he failed to show proof of it blaming me for 'not reading' when there's nowhere anywhere stating his fallacy. He threatened me with continuing insulting, I had to block BCC from WhatsApp to stop his harassment. I also sent a complaint via de contact form and I got no reply at all. I was a frequent customer and I didn't pay over 1k in appliances to be threated miserably by your unqualified employee ^Bram who couldn't even answer the easiest most basic question that any customer will ask when there's a delay in the purchase.

Reply to BCC: You didn't review the case throughly, the 3 weeks passed by and they couldn't even provide a second estimated date. Of course the most convenient is to minimize the dissinformation and blame it on the customer. Reading the rest of the reviews, it's clear how deplorable your CS is.

We're sorry to read that your contact with our WhatsApp customerservice was not satisfactory and you had to wait for your order.

We took a look at the communication. In your order-confirmation it is stated "expected delivery 3 weeks". That means that the product is not in stock, and we expect to have it in stock again within 3 weeks.
We don't have it in stock then, and we are awaiting resupply from the manufacturer.
If the product is in stock our website states "online op voorraad" (online in stock). During ordering you can choose your own deliver date.
If it is not in stock, but we expect we will have it in stock again. The website states "Verwachte levertijd 3 weken" it means we expect to have it in stock within 3 weeks again.
We tried to explain this.

If the website states "Verwachte levertijd 3 weken" and the product is a built-in device it is possible to order it online.

Of course you are a valued customer, we are happy to have you as a customer. Therefore, we are sorry you did not feel this way.

Disrespectful Klantenservice

My package was send back to BCC because DHL could not find my address and after 8 days I called BCC asking more details and an estimative of how many days the cancelling process and refund would take so I could buy the product again, I still need it.
In reality I felt disrespected, I was barely listened and also called "queen" after I asked to be listened. I'm not a Queen, I'm a unhappy client and BCC should the interested on listing and helping me.

Super nice experience.

I bought a logitect steering wheel for my playstation and from the start it has been a real hassel to try and get it to work like all the others that I have seen on youtube.

I decided to return the item as it must have been faulty, the lady at BCC was very helpfull and really friendly, she had no issue to return the item and did her best to help us in English as Dutch is not our first or even second language.

I bought washing machine 4 months before. After sending message through WhatsApp BCC sent someone to repair but it didn't work again and again somebody came for 2nd time and again it didn't work. After when I told them it's new washing machine so can I get another new one replaced but they denied completely to give any sort of compensation or refund. They are again wanting to make appointment to make it After nearly 2 weeks. So I am without washing machine for a month now. And that's new washing machine with warranty. So disappointed that I have to frequently take off from work. I am working person. And its the third time I will have to take off. These off days will cost me more than washing machine. Very annoying 😒 and very very disappointed. Washing machine is from Indesit. Ordernummer: 452691362

Fraudulent company

This company is basically fraudulent. I bought some products under a cashback arrangement. The cashback has been refused TWICE because they claim the products have been returned. After getting their customer services to confirm that the products (which are currently in my house) have NOT been returned, they are now no longer answering any communications from me.

Update: After the email they claim to have sent me below, they are now ignoring me again. So to confirm, this is basically fraud.
