One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. They didn't deliver the product and they are not making the refund 20 days after the purchase.

Refunds shouldn't take that long. Sorry for the delay and inconvenience. If we have not yet solved that problem, could you please pass along the order number (ordernummer) that is on your receipt, so we can investigate this?
