^Bram incompetence and verbal abuse via WhatsApp.
There's a verbally abusive individual who goes by the nickname ^Bram, who failed to provide the date for my already delayed order to arrive, stating that it was out of stock when I ordered it; I wouldn't order if I knew that before hand and on the website it's not even possible to order something out of stock. This is a part of the insults received: 'We can't snap our fingers and have the device ready for you'. He made up a story about "expected date and out of stock" being the same thing but he failed to show proof of it blaming me for 'not reading' when there's nowhere anywhere stating his fallacy. He threatened me with continuing insulting, I had to block BCC from WhatsApp to stop his harassment. I also sent a complaint via de contact form and I got no reply at all. I was a frequent customer and I didn't pay over 1k in appliances to be threated miserably by your unqualified employee ^Bram who couldn't even answer the easiest most basic question that any customer will ask when there's a delay in the purchase.
Reply to BCC: You didn't review the case throughly, the 3 weeks passed by and they couldn't even provide a second estimated date. Of course the most convenient is to minimize the dissinformation and blame it on the customer. Reading the rest of the reviews, it's clear how deplorable your CS is.
