Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I ordered a shaver and the product page showed me that I can return in 30 days with no restrictions. When I decided to return, the customer service said that hygienic products cannot be returned (if opened) and that there was a page on their web-site somewhere that explained that condition. The problem is that such conditions must be shown to the customer in the first place and must not be hidden. In other words, the public offer which I accepted contained one return condition, but they "judge" by the other return condition, which is unknown to the buyer. It does not look legal and correct to me.
