Berta provided a very safe and welcoming space for everyone. She prepared intriguing questions/jam boards for newbies to social impact. She allocated time for Zoom breakout rooms, which was a great way to think about my aspirations in seeking jobs in social impact as well as learn about my cohort's interests. Berta exuded a very positive and inclusive energy throughout the session, and I had a very positive experience participating in her workshop!
