We are sorry to hear that your bag was stolen from you whilst you were in the gym. Here at PureGym, we do advise that when attending the gym, members are responsible for their own belongings. Whilst we understand your frustration in regard to this matter, as detailed within our gym rules which are agreed to upon membership commencement:
