Paid for a day pass when it wasn’t open
App let me pay £15 for a day pass for Farringdon on a Saturday only for the gym to be open on weekdays only. No where was this advertised. Thought the whole point of pure gym was 24/7.

We are sorry to hear this. The opening hours of the gym are advertised on the gyms web page before a member purchases a day pass - https://www.puregym.com/gyms/london-farringdon/. We can only apologise for any inconvenience caused and advise speaking to Member Services regarding this.
