Chris surveyed my property and took extremely swift action to kill the knotweed in my garden which was preventing me renewing my mortgage. He provided documentation and a plan which satisfied the bank and he was proactive in revisiting to ensure progress. The property was signed off with no reoccurrence of the knotweed.
