APPALLING SERVICE

Tried to ring @4pm friday to report phone line fault, got no answer. used online service said some one would come back to me within 2 hours - nothing - tried calling all numbers saturday - now shut !! emailed and the info said it was open saturday morning and someone would come back to me within 30 mins . Managed to get a very helpful gentleman who said , no point using on line system!! i said ' but I cant get through on the phone' he said ' i know ' !!. he reported my problem and I am awaiting Openreach to get in touch . I have a busy company that needs its phone lines and credit card machine. Not good enough service from XLN !!!
