Terrible product/scam return policy

I ordered a sweater that was listed as "one of Oprah's favorite things", "feels like cashmere", etc., which took 3 weeks to arrive and is absolutely awful. The material is uncomfortable and it looks super cheap. When I contacted them for a return, I received an automated response telling me that returns are expensive since it's shipped overseas (which they neglect to mention). So instead they offered 20% back. Total scam! Do not order this cardigan or anything from this terrible company.
