Terrible product/scam return policy

I ordered a sweater that was listed as "one of Oprah's favorite things", "feels like cashmere", etc., which took 3 weeks to arrive and is absolutely awful. The material is uncomfortable and it looks super cheap. When I contacted them for a return, I received an automated response telling me that returns are expensive since it's shipped overseas (which they neglect to mention). So instead they offered 20% back. Total scam! Do not order this cardigan or anything from this terrible company.

Do not buy!! Not only does this product not work

Not only does this product not work, they won’t refund it! I contacted them upon receiving it, sent a video showing it doesn’t grab the hair or work properly and asked to send it back for a refund. They initially offered 1/2 (for a product that doesn’t work?!) and I insisted on a full refund. They’ve gone radio silent. Terrible service and product, do not waste your money! I now have to dispute with my credit card company.

4 months and still no shipment

I ordered expensive wall sconces in February and have still been waiting for them to ship. Was told in April they were back in stock and ready to ship and it’s now June. I’ve asked for a refund 3 times and their last correspondence tried to blame the manufacturer siting it “could be” several more business days before shipping as they wait to hear from them. I still don’t have a refund and think others should be weary of this company. Clearly haven’t worked out their logistics or customer service with all that investment this year.
