Not the best experience at 7am on a…

Not the best experience at 7am on a week day. Bought a day pass but only received the receipt and no access code. Walked in with a delivery guy but couldn’t find anyone who works at the gym to help me. Walked like three round through the gym without result.

After that I tried to leave but was not possible to leave as I needed a code for that again.

If you have some money to spare, I would urge everyone to pay a bit more to get some service at another gym.

Hi Klant. Thanks for taking the time to leave this review, we always appreciate and take on board member feedback. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused on your visit.

As an online company, we don't have receptions. However, we have the cylinder POD doors that act as both an entrance and security system. The POD doors monitor entrance with individual 8 digit code.
As well as this, we have staff monitoring the gym, as well as a CCTV team.
