No customer service available if you need to speak to someone

It is an affordable gym that minimises costs by avoiding high level of staff. However the system is absolutely hopeless if you need to speak to someone. Just had some admin problems with the app and membership so I could not access the gym and no one to talk to. There is no customer service line and never had response from the member service email address. It is really frustrating. At the end I could find the email address from the local manager and he helped me out. But it took me few days and stress to have it solved

We do not have open phone lines. We would advise contacting Member Services via email or one of our various social media platforms. They will then be happy to take a look at your account and advise you further. Due to how bust the team is, replies may take a little longer than usual however they will get round to answering your query as soon as they can.
