Your website and App are terrible, I tried to sign up for over an hour and kept getting timed out or the page wouldn't load. I wasn't even able to use the gym today through the 'invite a buddy system'. Complete waste of my morning and I'm still not able to rejoin using the website or app while on home wifi or full bars of 5G.

We recently experienced issues with Windows 365 resulting in joining issue and access to the club which included both the App and our website. We do apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
