Service appointment
Service appointment incl. chip-out repair on the window. They told me the service would take 1.5 hours, but after waiting for 3.5 hours it turned out that the car was not washed/vacuum cleaned (they always emphasize on this) and the window was not repaired. I really wondering what they did at this time. I got the wrong receipt and very poor explanation about it. No good experience, it did not build customer trust.
