No help from customer support

Wanted to change the date of a booking. The hotel could not change it, I had to call booking support. At first they could not find my booking at all, always asking me for confirmation numbers. After 40 minutes on the phone, they suddenly found my booking (Eureka !!), but guess what... they could not help me with my request and simply referred me to another party which managed some services on their background. Not exactly what one would expect from such a company.
Also an e-mail complain afterwards did not resonate. It seems, I'm not the first one who's treated badly, but it is certainly my last time I went through them.
Ultimately, I paid two nights while using only one. Unbelievable and very disappointing!

Service appointment

Service appointment incl. chip-out repair on the window. They told me the service would take 1.5 hours, but after waiting for 3.5 hours it turned out that the car was not washed/vacuum cleaned (they always emphasize on this) and the window was not repaired. I really wondering what they did at this time. I got the wrong receipt and very poor explanation about it. No good experience, it did not build customer trust.
