Disappointed
I had to cease membership for a major operation. When looking to rejoin I was not able to take advantage of a reduced fee because my recovery was insufficiently advanced at the time of the offer. On requesting the local gym to assist in helping me take advantage if the good deal it took 4 days for the gym to respond and they did nothing to help. I found that disappointing as I had used the gym for a long time before needing to stop for the operation.
