Equipment is broken and unsafe, and has been the duration of my membership - I’ve hurt myself too many times trying to participate in classes on faulty spin bikes. (Once upon a time you might expect businesses to take this seriously, but it seems there are no consequences so they won’t be improving any time soon.) PureGym have also essentially decided to switch off the air con for ‘the environment’ (money) - I nearly passed out during classes over the summer. The staff are great (hence the additional star) but unfortunately have their work cut out for them. The owner of PureGym has exposed his true colours and I expect absolutely nothing from this business. Many of us have been stuck there with it being the only reasonably priced gym around, but at this point it isn’t worth any amount of money.
