Easy process to restart my membership and set up a new direct debit - great joining offer as well. App is very slow but gets there eventually.
Only the survey currently letting you down - it's impossible to complete and extremely frustrating constantly going back to question 2.

Regarding your issues regarding completing the survey, it sounds like you may need to refresh the page. You will also need to proceed/submit the form as opposed to any 'go back' or return action. Thanks, PureGym
