Good selection of machines, clean and well spaced out.
It was easy enough to sort out my free parking, there were plenty of machines accessible and they were all labelled well so it was easy to figure out how they all worked.

First time I've visited in the afternoon for a long time
There's a good amount of cable machines and bars available so when the perfect one isn't free I could adapt. This wasn't the case a few years ago. There seems to be a bit of a re-racking of weights issue that isn't as obvious at 6 in the morning when I usually work out, but its an affordable commercial gym so I suppose I can suck that quibble up. Why 3 stars and not 4? Because the showers were ice cold. I don't know if was a 1 off or a regular afternoon thing but I didn't find it a good way to finish what otherwise was an enjoyable and hard workout

Temperatures and air conditioning in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers. Thanks, PureGym.

Great gym
Great gym, a good mix of classes available & plenty of equipment on the floor. Flexibility of opening times is a bonus too especially for shift workers. Staff always friendly & happy to assist/help.

Too hot. Horrible harsh lighting. Have given this feedback before when asked but wasting my time as nothing is done about it.

Come and go also classes
The freedom to cancel my gym membership when I want without having to worry about having to keep paying for it and also the ability to sign back up when it matters to me.
The classes are great for wanting to get fit and not have to worry about if you are hitting the burn or doing the training right or not.

Easy process to restart my membership and set up a new direct debit - great joining offer as well. App is very slow but gets there eventually.
Only the survey currently letting you down - it's impossible to complete and extremely frustrating constantly going back to question 2.
