Purchased a day pass to try new gym in…
Purchased a day pass on 8th Dec to try new gym in local area. Access code took some time to come through email initially then couldn’t access front door. Had to wait until a member was exiting the gym so I could get through front door. This was embarrassing and time consuming.

If you could get in touch with us directly with the Gym Manager/Member Services to provide more information (which gym, what date/time etc.) we can look into assisting you with this.
There is also an Assist button at the gym entrance you can press, when pressed a local member of staff will come to the door to assist you. Thanks, PureGym.
