Cold and Unwelcoming
Went for a day pass and didn’t get my code by the time I got there, pressed the help button and ended up stood outside for 10mins. No-one answered and couldn’t see anyone staff about - do you even have staff?! No contact number for the club and no staff to help. Makes you feel like a lemon when you can’t even get in. Wasted my time when I was pressed for time anyway! Overall it put a real downer on my session, once I was inside the whole place felt very cold and unwelcoming can honestly say I’d rather go literally anywhere else. If you want a gym experience that makes you feel good then this isn’t it.
