Dirty, cold, terrible staff
The reply from pure gym is total bs it's been cold for months no ones done a thing and it's been dirty for months nothing done and again nothing done about the sted head lesbian that's rude to members.....hence why you're losing money to the point you can't afford to heat this gym..... pathetic avoid like the plague the gym is round the corner

Temperatures and air conditioning in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers. Thanks, PureGym.
