Review of PureGym UK - London Edgware

Rated 2 out of 5 stars

The toilets are always dirty, no parking

The toilets are always dirty, with toilet paper on the floor, and the smell is so bad that the women’s changing room smells just as bad as the toilets.
There is no parking available, but you can use the Edgware Broadwalk Shopping Centre parking for free for 90 minutes. However, this can limit your training time. I believe the gym could negotiate with the shopping centre to offer customers additional free parking time, ideally up to 2 hours, as you often have to wait for others to finish using the machines.
There is a women-only training room, which is a good feature. However, it doesn’t have all the machines needed for building muscle, so you’ll need to use the mixed area for a complete workout.

Hi there - Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we always appreciate and take on board member feedback.

We always aim to provide a broad spread of kit to cater to a range of fitness needs and meet demand as it changes through the day, getting the balance right between weights and cardio, but if you have any other specific suggestions please approach the Gym Manager or leave a note in the feedback box, which is regularly reviewed. Regarding your feedback on the toilets and parking, we fully understand the importance of cleanliness and will be dealt with and we can certainly look into longer parking times. Thanks, PureGym.
