We have been visiting the Lanzarote Beach for a number of years and always had a great holiday, usually room change malarkey but brilliant service from reception as always.
As ever the hotel is well maintained and it was nice to see that even though the hotel ownership has changed they have maintained the staff who, as ever, are pleasant polite and great fun.
On the downside, sadly, the menu’s seem less inspiring (although that’s not to say the food isn’t up to its usual high standards - just less choice) and the entertainments programme having moved into the Brandywell pub just isn’t what it was.
That said, we had a great time, the staff make this hotel (well, for us anyway), nothing is too much trouble and everyone smiles, will we come back again? I’m sure we will, great location, brilliant staff, comfy surroundings and Lanzarote weather, what’s not to like.
