Contacted Tritons customer services to discuss an issue (reported on various retailers websites) with a Triton Verne mixer shower which is only two years old and therefore still under warranty, left a request for a call back and was contacted within 15 minutes.
Spoke to a very pleasant and knowledgeable young lady, Tracey Knowles, who offered the option of booking an engineer call-out and explained the procedure and charging basis for such a visit.
As we are unable to wait for an engineer (and concerned about the probable costs) I’ve purchased and installed a replacement unit and will return the original (via the retailer) for examination, refurb, repair, replacement or ideally a refund.
This feedback isn’t about the product it’s simply to say thank you to Tracey, she did a great job, investigated the options and left me with a positive impression of Triton, let’s see what happens next.
