Week 1; So far Very good - plenty equipment, spacious, user friendly & informative PureGym App..
However… shower is blooming cold. It says there is an issue with a boiler but God knows how long it has been? No wonder nobody takes shower, I was the only one taking shower 3 out of 3 visits. But still happy I keep my membership for a few months.. (I think..)

We have recently made slight changes to this area, looking at improving energy efficiency. This is both to control our energy usage, but also with a look to reduce our carbon footprint. Our showers are now set at a temperature of 36C and have a flow rate of 5 litres per minute. These parameters are regularly monitored and we also have regular checks carried out on boilers and associated equipment to ensure the units are operating as they should be across all of our gyms.
On occasion, we can get faults on our water system which is normal. When this happens, there is a process in place to ensure we arrange for our contractors to attend, investigate, and resolve the faults and return the systems back to full working order within a timely manner.
If you believe there may be an issue, please speak to a member of the gym team who will be able to assist further.
All member feedback is reviewed, and brought to the attention of our Facilities team, who regularly review any changes we make to our gym facilities and all feedback is taken into account when making any future changes.
