Pure gym permits male staff to enter female changing area regularly
Equipment is good, if scarce due to how busy the gym gets. I was really disappointed that because Pure gym has so few staff on at anyone time, it is policy that male staff members are permitted to regularly enter the female changing area for “safety checks”. This is wildly lacking in consideration of female client’s psychological safety. I was shocked to learn this is common practice across all the Pure gyms. A business model that prioritises saving money over client’s safety and comfort. And this gym boasts having a female only workout section. Very contradictory.
