Fantastic
I joined in January 2025. I have been utilising classes before I go onto the gym floor. I particularly enjoy HIIT classes on Tuesdays with core directly afterwards. As a finisher for my week, being a busy mum, I have been participating in strength classes on Thursdays. Very challenging to your fitness level but also enjoyable as I am seeing the results and the progress I have made within 5 months. Trainers are very much appreciative of my injury and tailor my training with that in mind allowing me to fulfil my class potential.
