Unfortunately only one member of staff serving in the shop. I had to wait over 20 minutes just to buy a tube of Colourfill worktop filler and a tap. To add insult to injury, I later saw that Toolstation do the filler as part of a kit with worktop bolts too and it was cheaper for the kit than one single tube at Howdens. Being kitchen specialists I assumed Howdens would be competitive. Once I had made the purchase, I waited at least 5 minutes in the warehouse to get served and collect my item. Staff were all fine when I got served, but when 30 minutes of my morning is spent standing around waiting to be served, it is quite annoying.
