I can’t fault the experience we had with Sapphire! Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He talked us through the pros and cons of the 2 machines we were considering and personalised his advice to our house. We found this invaluable and it helped us to make an informed decision.
When it came to install, as usually Chris was extremely polite and knowledgeable and even came back a few weeks later to add a missing part he’d found in our pipework when installing the softener.
I would highly recommend Sapphire if you’re looking for a water softener!
