We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. It would really help us if you could get in touch directly with the Gym Manager to provide more information so this can be investigated.

Regular maintenance checks are undertaken, and any issues identified are escalated to engineers straight away, but if you have any concerns about the facilities in your gym, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.
