Very disappointed with Fatface. I ordered an items in the online sale on 4/08/25. They never arrived and were not even dispatched. Today I contacted customer service. One of the items I ordered is not available anymore and they could not get it from a shop (too far for me to drive back to today) I saw it in yesterday in the correct size.
