Very disappointed with Fatface
Very disappointed with Fatface. I ordered an items in the online sale on 4/08/25. They never arrived and were not even dispatched. Today I contacted customer service. One of the items I ordered is not available anymore and they could not get it from a shop (too far for me to drive back to today) I saw it in yesterday in the correct size.

Package left at the gateway to our house. Package got soaked. Not the first time packages have been left like this by DPD, driver can't be bothered walking up to the porch.
