Warranty claim on faulty kettle

Warranty claim on faulty kettle was dealt with quite well, but I had to resort to Email communication as I could not upload required photo evidence via the website claim form. Also, I had a repeated request for a bar-code photo - the kettle and base label did not have a bare code!
