Male staff in female changing room without notice
A bloke in a manager’s uniform, along with another male staff member, just walked straight into the women’s changing room while girls were getting changed — no warning whatsoever.
Only after they were already inside, making everyone feel really uncomfortable, did they ask if it was “okay” for them to be there. Even though it was obvious we weren’t comfortable, they still hung about and carried on checking the room.
Honestly, wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone. I felt completely uncomfortable and I’m cancelling my membership straight away.

In order to keep the changing facilities to the high standard of cleanliness we expect, regular checks are made in both the male and female changing facilities. This is an operational requirement, and does mean that on occasion, it may be that a member of the opposite sex must enter the changing facilities if it is within a period where there are no female members of the team on shift and vice versa for the male changing facilities.
