bad experience in Canterbury Sturry road. new manager is strange,nevr smiles. quite rude actually.
the customers some of them sit on machines for 20 minutes on their phones.
management do nothing.
machines are dirty. never cleaned.
new machines are already going rusty
they just had a refurb in sturry canterbury, already problems are arrising.
they have a massive area in the gym, and hardly anyone uses it!
its a poor planned, poorly managed gym.

Unfortunately, we are unable to monitor the usage of phones in our gyms, however if people are sitting on equipment we would advise approaching a member of staff on the floor who will be able to look into this at the time. In regard to cleaning and equipment maintenance, our gyms have full cleaning schedules and a procedure for equipment concerns to be reported for engineers to attend.
