I’ve been trying to join the gym for…

I’ve been trying to join the gym for more than a week.
The discount codes didn’t work, then I received a call from Pure Gym to set up the membership manually, but their system wasn’t working and they never called me back.

I had to send another email, then I received a second call today, and after 8 days they finally set up my membership. However, the discount code was still not applied correctly. Now I'll have to send another email asking to fix the error.

Really poor registration and discount service.
