I’ve loved attending this gym since the day it opened, all the staff are so lovely, friendly and supportive, it has a real family feel. James the manager was great at inspiring me with his initial classes I attended, making them tough but also great fun! I’ve since done classes with Molly, Wilson and Jo, all great. I decided to PT with Jo these last few months, and it’s the best thing I could have done, she has reignited my passion for fitness, whilst educating me so much in strength training. I can’t recommend the gym enough, I feel all the staff go above and beyond and are very personable.
