The staff is extremely warm and approachable. As someone who’s starting gym for the first time, PureGym felt comfortable and their layout plus staff helped make the experience much less intimidating than it was in my head. Gotta specially mention Sam, he was the sweetest, made himself known and felt so approachable, overall amazing experience!
