Hi Jocelyn - Thanks for taking the time to leave this review, we are sorry to see this is 2 stars. It sounds like this would be due to a missed payment process. As stated in our terms and conditions, accepted upon membership commencement, we are able to charge up to £20 in admin fees, for a failed payment. We are notified by the bank when a payment has failed; we then notify the member via email. In the email, we state that for a very limited time, we do give the option to make a payment using a debit or credit card for:
• Instalment Amount
• Administration Fee £ 5.00
This can be done via the members area of our website https://www.puregym.com/members/ with your email address and PIN number. By using this facility, members will not incur the Resubmission fee of £15.00. Additionally, we do have a dedicated Member Services Team on hand to respond to members if they need any help.
