The most persistent issue is the unreliable lifts, which frequently prevent access to the gym, especially from the car park. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a membership and be unable to use the facilities due to this recurring problem. There is a lack of communication about these outages, leaving members stranded without notice or alternative access options.
In addition to the accessibility problems, the cleanliness of the gym has been declining. It’s becoming more frequent to find equipment and areas not properly cleaned.
I hope management takes these issues seriously and implements lasting solutions to improve both accessibility and cleanliness for its members.

The lift is not under PureGym jurisdiction, we can confirm that the landlord and management of the car park are aware of this issue, and working on a resolution. Whilst the lift is currently out of action, access to street level is available via the stairs in the carpark. The gym and cleaning team have been working to maintain cleanliness standards in gym. It may be that standards have been able to slip during unstaffed hours or peak access hours. It would help us if you could get in touch directly with Member Services to provide more information regarding your concerns (such as date and time etc.) so that this can be looked into further.
