Been a member of pure gym for a few years. All of a sudden they have upgraded my membership without me asking. Tried emailing them numerous times requesting that they return it back to what I was originally on and no responce from them at all. Disgusting customer service. Both my mother and myself are now going to cancel our membership. It was a lady called Gill who has messed up my membership. Rubbish service !!
