I didn’t have any contact to call to…

I didn’t have any contact to call to get added information from. The bot giving answers on the Instagram chat also didn’t have the correct response.

We're afraid we no longer accept inbound calls from members, but we do our absolute best to respond to members as soon as possible. Members are able to make changes via their members area or by using the PureGym app. More information on how to make these changes can be found on our Help Centre, along with some useful FAQ's. If you have any issues whilst making these changes, we do advise contacting our Member Services team via email or social media and they will be happy to help! Our team are working hard to get through all interactions and we do apologise for any delay. If you have not yet received a response, it may be that the DM you sent received an auto-response to gather more information and this needed to be replied to before it was put through to an advisor.
